Long shot solution | Comment 4 of 6 |

I got my answer by putting everything into fractions like most did.  Then I got 990 as the least common denominator.  I figured the sequence may be two sets of three numbers and the third set is whats needed.  Doing this I got;

330/990, 297/990, 250/990, 220/990, 198/990, 130/990

Using the difference of the first two numerators, 2nd two, etc...  I got 110/990, 99/990, and 10/990 or .1111, .1, .010101 as the three numbers.

It seemed like a long shot but the last three numerators happen to be the three multipliers needed to get the other fractions into the LCD.
