Okay, so here is the solution that I got and how I got it.

If you start with the last question first, what is the highest score possible, I operated on the premise that 8 is the highest possible. I then read and reread and came up with a couple of basic "rules."

if 2=A, then 6= B and 3=A and 5=A

1 & 2 do not have the same answer

7= D because the answer is B, and if you read the question, the answer occuring the least, last alphabetically if tied. If this question is answered as B, then B and D both have two, and D is last alphabetically

If you follow through and answer the remaining questions, you will see that my solution is accurate, I think. Now, if only the author would post the solution!
