Answer #1: i have no idea...and it's driving me insane...Answer #2: i'm pretty sure that it's by symbol, not by name (what I was saying in the previous post was that perhaps bohrium wasn't between 4 and 97 because of its alternate symbol Ns...but I can't find any alternate symbols for berkelium or for bismuth that would lead to a similar result)

Question: Are element names supposed to be capitalized? Cuz I have no idea...
