I fully agree that "General" is the appropriate category for the current problem.
In recent past, there have been instances whereby problems which combined the respective attributes of two or more categories, in conformity with the provisions governing the website, were placed in the "General" category, since
no other category existed (and still does not) to place them.
An appropriate example would be my "Arrange The Disks" problem, which was originally submitted in the "Games" category in the queue, but was finally published in the "General" category for obvious reasons.
