I think it's better to ignore the spaces on first try. If you see the first space on the second row, the previous word seems clearly "without", and where "without" finished began a "the" or a "that", with the space in the middle of the word.

Seems quite probably that lecture, as is clear that after there is a your, your at our, or something similar.
