Where are John Hampton , Cleopatra , and Keith Sanders facing?

I just bought a new deck of cards.

In this one, the Jack of Diamonds are facing RIGHT !

Two Queens (diamonds and clubs) are facing RIGHT and the other two are  facing LEFT.

I think this is a problem of no pattern of all decks, and I don't know why.
