Jon and Diane are married to each other.

Lorraine and John are married to each other.

4 grandparents that also happen to be related (Sister/Brothers)

Jon and Diane have 3 kids and Lorraine and John have 2 kids so that is 5 parents.

the rest is crazy, but free your mind and just think about this...they share the same 7 grandkids, so I guess the answer is 4 grandparents, 5 kids (parents) and 7 shared grandkids.  The parents are cousins, and there are the siblings: ricardo, juan and suzy - siblings, frazier and Lorne jane twin siblings, jon and lorraine - siblings and diane and john siblings.  So four sets of siblings.
