insensatenesses (15 letters)
noun - plural of insensateness:
insensitivity or the quality or state of being unfeeling

No letter is used twice: a (once), e (four-times), i (once), n (thrice), s (five-times), and t (once).

To answer the question posed in the problem's title, the answer is yes, and I provide three words. These three words, though, do not conform to rule 3, as they would each be considered uncommon English words.

  • tineas - noun, plural of tinea: any fungal skin disease; ringworm
  • tisane - noun: an aromatic or herb-flavored tea; an infusion of dried or fresh leaves or flowers; a ptisan
