Some Thoughts am I wrong ? | Comment 1 of 6

5^(y-x) * (x+y) = 1

5^(x-y) = 1/5^(x-y)

1/5^(x-y) * (x+y) 1

(x+y) = 5^(x-y)

(5^(x-y))^(x-y) = 5

(5^(x-y)^2) = 5

(x-y)^2 = 2 ===> x - y = 1 ===>x = y + 1

2y + 1 = 5  ======> y = 2 ====> x= 3
