I am all around,
You see me all the time.
Almost everyone has one of me;
Those who don't, need to get one of me.
Most can spend me on almost anything,
but if you spend me the wrong way you may regret it,
For I can only be spent once.
Who or What am I?

A life. Most people have one, some need to get one, you can spend your life doing whatever you want, but on you deathbead, you may regret the way you spent it, because you don't have a second chance.
