I am all around,
You see me all the time.
Almost everyone has one of me;
Those who don't, need to get one of me.
Most can spend me on almost anything,
but if you spend me the wrong way you may regret it,
For I can only be spent once.
Who or What am I?

Are you a lifetime?  Everyone is given one life time and we can spend it anyway we choose.  Some people don't have much of a life and need to get one.  You only have one lifetime to live so live it well so that you don't regret it when your time is up.
