The times on this website will be set to one specific timezone, which I believe to be GMT, as I did post the answer at 5 o'clock. It would look too confusing on the site if the user's times were set to their time zone - it could be possible to create the illusion of a non-chronological order of posts. If I posted something at 12.00, and someone in EST posted in the same topic 5 minutes later, it would look like they posted at 7.05am, but after me. That would just confuse everyone.
