Erik, I just forgot to thank you for your good news, about the "times".

The solution of this problem, after all the hints of Sassy, becames (?) a "question of honour" for me !!!! 

When I figured out (Prime Ministers !!), I was still in bed, about 7:30 h here in Brasil, and in a hurry turn on my computer to "google". And there it was the solution.
