I think your English is good.  What I mainly caught (or thought) from brianjn comment was that it is good for you to have a second language and that you should use it.  We Americans (at least most) only know one language.  I have witnessed this all to often traveling abroad.  Americans will go to someone else's country, expect natives to talk to us in English and get mad at them if they do not.

My comment seems to be first to start this discussion string.  I did not mean anything towards you and I hope the others do not as well.  I am anxious to see the solution as to some of the more uncommon words and their meanings.  Although my vocabulary is somewhat limited, I am always looking to expand it. (izod, found in a crossword solver by me, and then defined by Charley as a test of tensile strength in plastic. Obviously not something I will use everyday, but good to know. English word?)

I think it is a good problem.  A forum discussion thread exists as to what is a good problem and many answers were suggested, one of which was the discussion/comment string that ensues.
