Substitute digits for letters (different letters, different digits; same letters, same digits) so
ALPHABET + LETTERS = SCRABBLE. No number begins with zero.

The comparatively long running time was due to the many displays I was doing. When I eliminated those, my times were comparable to yours:
Start: 4:12:21 PM (my local time)
First (and only) answer: 4:12:22 PM
Finished checking for all possibilities: 4:12:38 PM
