What time is it if the second hand is exactly on a second mark, and exactly 18 second marks ahead of the hour hand?

If the hour is exactly on a second mark then the second hand must be on the 12. for the second hand to be 18 second marks ahead of the hour hand the hour hand must be on the 42nd second mark. The time is 8:24.
