If a stone is dropped from a balloon on a still day, does the stone fall directly below the balloon, or to the west or east of it?

It's called a Corialis force,a pseudo force acting on the stone coz the earth's moving under it.So the stone falls slightly to the west.

This , however is irelevant if the height of droppage is small,a stone droped from a height of,say,2 meters shall fall directly under.
