There are a number of common words in the English language which start with a double letter, such as ooze and eerie, but these start with vowels.
Can you think of a common word in the English language which starts with a double consonant?

"...a woman in the drug store saying to the pharmacist, "My zzyzxensis are acting up today...."
Maybe that was "sinuses", not "zzyzxensis".....
