The position below was achieved in a normal chess game, and there are no other pieces left on the board with the exception of the white King. Where is the white King? How was this position achieved?

But if you rotate the board --never mind the "White" and "Black" labels that show the board is in the right position-- the bottom left corner wouldn't be black as you yourself pointed out, so the position wouldn't be valid.
