The position below was achieved in a normal chess game, and there are no other pieces left on the board with the exception of the white King. Where is the white King? How was this position achieved?

yes, I am
on my monitor the a1 of the original problem is WHITE
and its neighbors up and right are dark blue-
thus I wrote what I wrote........
Regarding your asnswer is not clear how the white bishop
ever arrived to the a4 square.....
