The position below was achieved in a normal chess game, and there are no other pieces left on the board with the exception of the white King. Where is the white King? How was this position achieved?

Ady, since it was stated that this position was achieved in a normal chess game, and itīs clear the "white" and "black" sides, blame it on your monitor.

How the bishop reaches that position in not the question. Certainly many moves before!
