How many seconds are there in one year?

there are many ways that this can be interpreted:

1) seconds as in January second, February second....
In this way, there would be 12 seconds.

2) seconds in a leap year
In this way there would be 31536000 seconds

3) a normal year
In this way there would be 31449600 seconds

4) a fiscal year
In this way there would be either of the two above answers or the answer listed below

5)an exact year: 365 days 5 hours 49 minutes
In this way there is 31556940 seconds

These are the few methods or types of years that I am aware of.
