Think of this sequence as a single 2-dimensional sequence, rather than 3 unrelated sequences.  And, although the thing that defines this sequence could be theoretically continued indefinitely to the right, left, up and down;  it will be easiest to figure it out if you limit your thoughts to "eight" across.

Also, the word "late" in the title is an obscure clue.
