Given positive integer n, consider the set of numbers {n²+1, n²+2, ... (n+1)²}. If we pick two numbers x and y out of that set, how many different values can the product xy take?

I didn't notice the 1 rating. I am not sure if the rating is meant to mean difficulty or approval. I personally have used approval as a guide. I did not rate this problem, as I do not rate problems often and never before having solved it or at least worked on it seriously. And besides, I can't imagine giving a 1 to any problem.
