2001 digits (Posted on 2002-04-29) Difficulty: 2 of 5
A string of 2001 digits begins with a "6". Any number formed by two consecutive digits is divisible by either 17 or 23.

What is the last digit in this sequence?

What if the sequence had 2002 digits?

Except if you think that the or is an xor type... Either 17 OR 23 but not both... Since 00 is divisible by both, you wouldn't be able to use it.
