In the format given, there are 6 blanks of which two most likely would be spaces between a numeral, the 3 letter Name and the title of Av.

eg 3 Dot Av

I did consider a five letter Name but they don't properly fit with the criteria that all seem to be following; my others - First, Third, Sixth Ninth and Tenth - all have 5 letters which complies with 6 blanks but ...... ???

But then we could an address that describes the number and nature of the void of 5 (6) blanks, like:
                 5 [something]space Av,
                 5 Void Av
