Fortunately, the letter reaches its intended recipient (lucky Paul that the postman knew a lot about encrypting techniques). What is the complete name of Paul's sweetheart and her whole address?

The name is almost obvious: Lynn "under" wood.

The city, "and over England", still refering to Lynn.

The hard part is the name of the street. Since "Av" is "one third" of "Avenue", it follows "1 3rd Avenue".
