Who makes it, has no need of it.

Who buys it, has no use for it.

Who uses it can neither see nor feel it.

It's a coffin....

The person who makes it doesn't need it, as presumably he's still alive. (although he does need it to sell and make his livelihood)

Similarly the person buying it doesn't use it (other than for putting the body in).

...and the one that ends up in it can't see or feel much since (hopefully) they are dead.
