Consider 9 dots arranged in a three by three square. Connect all these 9 points with four lines without lifting your pen from the paper.

I can do it in just one line.

Start at point e and make a spiral with small separation and it will eventually go through all the dots.

Guatam didn't say it had to be straight lines!!
