A man went to a party and drank some of the punch. Late for another appointment, he then left early. Everyone else at the party who drank the punch subsequently died of poisoning.

a similar one is what I have provided...........assuming that the man himself is a doctor and the poison was not that strong enough to react so quickly..........so the man who in fact was assumed to be a doctor managed to escape death.........
