Actually you have, that was the method of encryption.

MindRod's observation 1 is already used, as she figured out the Numbers of the problems were what was important. This was the first of the pid problems to be submitted and that was a hint there.

However, Hugo's observation is still not used and on the right track, but there is an even more restrictive property that they share which is the key to decoding them.
