Heh now I wish I had used that some how to encode the message.

Hugo got the idea to use binary again. Stick leading zeroes in front of those PIDs (approximately 3/4 of them have a 1 already and won't need two leading zeroes, and approximately 1/4 will need two leading zeroes) to find the answer.
