Just as if it is not a working day, just as if I have nothinhg better to do, I wrote a little program that does Caesar ciphers and in which you can change the offset. 

Well I tried all 26 possibilities and that leads to nothing.  I am gone change the offset formula such that it offsets differently for different letters and see what that brings.

edited to add:

Increasing or decreasung the shift with one doesn't help either.  I can keep changing my shifting algorithm,  but I will wait for some more educated guesses.
