I have no idea.  Not even first thoughts that could lead to something.  Anybody?  Whatever stupid you think your idea is, post it, it may get somebody going to solve it.

Well, I have some first thoughts:
Look at the title, is that a word?  Then why is this not in crypto?
If it's a word, it could be cards, title (unlikely, the t is encrypted differently), butv it's not in crypto,  so...
