Which vegetable is never sold tinned, frozen, freeze dried, cooked or anything else other than fresh?

Until Richard's provocation re pickle lettuce, I'd have definitely chosen lettuce and strawberry.

One does become accustomed to what one sees on local supermarket shelves, after all, one's local community dictates heavily upon what is stocked.
