What I meant was

If the nine numbers of first set are

A  B  C

D  E  F

G  H  I

Then there is a logic by which B is related to A. Same way C is related to B. The same logic follows for E to D & F to E in line two & H to G & I to H in line three.

I hope now it is clear.
