If you choose three distinct integers between 1 and 63, what is more probable: that their sum will be less than 95, or greater than 95?

Solution

Mean is (1+2+3...63)/63 = 32

Thus avergae = 32*3 =96

Thus it is more probable that it is greater than 95.
