True Or False - Part 2 (Posted on 2003-05-07) Difficulty: 2 of 5
Obviously the following statement is 'False':
"This sentence contains Seven words".

So we correct the sentence by changing it to:
This sentence does not contain Seven words".

We know that the First statement is False and so now can we conclude that the Second statement is True ?

It seems to me that -unless there is more to this paradox than meets the eye- the answer is clear. Both statements are false and that's it.
