44 monkeys have a total of 1407 bananas. No two monkeys have the same number of bananas. Show that there is a monkey that has exactly twice as many bananas as another one.

It's a proof, but it's also an easy follow up question HOW to construct the list with k monkeys.

You have stated it's true, which it might be, but no proof has occurred.

I think I have a proof though:
