TWENTY NINE... but if the letter I is considered to be made of 3 parts... then the answer is not 29 and i'll have to keep looking... another answer could be TWENTY SIX if you wrote out the letter S in block, as the word twenty consists of 18 lines and then the word six of 8 lines
