The rule is the sequential progression of numbers that are the composite of two distinct primes.

6 (2 * 3), 10 (2 * 5), 14 (2 * 7), 15 (3 * 5),
21 (3 * 7), 22 (2 * 11), 26 (2 * 13), 33 (3 * 11),
34 (2 * 17), 35 (5 * 7), 38 (2 * 19)

The next few terms would then be...
39 (3 * 13), 46 (2 * 23), 51 (3 * 17), 55 (5 * 11),
57 (3 * 19), 58 (2 * 29) and so forth...
