I hope this formats okay.  Point collection is 13 + 5 + 81 + 1 = 100.

It didn't format the way I wanted, so...

Move up from S, right through 13, up then left then down then left through 5, up then left through 8 and 1 (from the 18), up then left then up to 1 (from the 21), right then up to E.
