It was implicit in my thoughts that all digits would be different.  I had also discounted '0' as we tend not to refer to numerals with a leading zero unless it's the mantissa of a decimal fraction (correct term - mantissa?).

Typically Charlie offers us additional information about the subject where it might be of interest.
