The minute hand will catch the hour hand every hour plus a few minutes.  This will happen 11 times in 12 rotations.

If one meeting takes place every 65 minutes, then 11 meetings take place in 65*11 = 715 minutes. So the watch shows 720 minutes elapsing in every 715 minutes. This is a gain of 1 part in 143.

For one hour:

3600 sec/143 =  27.175 seconds gained per hour
