420 is evenly divided by all positive whole numbers less than 4201/3 =~ 7.48 ...

420 / 7 = 60
420 / 6 = 70
420 / 5 = 84
420 / 4 = 105
420 / 3 = 140
420 / 2 = 210
420 / 1 = 420
