Each digit in the grid indicates the number of diamonds in its adjacent cells. No diamond is horizontally or vertically adjacent to another diamond, nor can any diamond occupy a numbered cell. Can you find all the diamonds? Two have been added to get you started.

Acknowledgement to Oscar A Nawa, whose helpful suggestions for making my original puzzle more challenging have been incorporated.

I noticed that it was not necessary to give us the diamond in DS, but it WAS necessary to give us the diamond in GT.

 

I tried working on the puzzle pretending I didn't know about the given diamonds.  Through the numbers I was able to eventually figure out that there had to be a diamond in DS.  So I didn't need to be given that information.

 

However, I could only get so far pretending I didn't know about the diamond in GT.  I filled in most of the board except for the bottom right region.  I couldn't make any definite conclusions about that area, and when I did trial and error I was able to get more than one arrangement to work there.  But only one arrangement works when you know a diamond is at GT.  So you definitely need that one in order to solve the puzzle.
