Punctuate the following so it makes sense:

"That that is is that that is not is not is that it that is it."

If the intent of the problem was to make four sentences, perhaps it would have been better to give "that that is is that that is not is not is that it that is it" and say, puncuate and capitalize (as in "Had Had"). The way the problem is stated, punctuation alone will not make it coherent without also capitalizing the initial letters of the other three sentences.
