Is the "I" deliberate?  I mean, is it something that is used for the integral in your part of the world?

In the comment editor in which I write this the first button on the left, right beside the dropdown menu shows a variety of symbols which includes the integral.  You can also get using & int followed by a ";" (and no spaces).
