Determine the minimum area of a parallelogram each of whose four sides are tangent to the ellipse x²/49 + y²/36 = 1.

I suspect the minimum is either a 12x14 rectangle with sides parallel to the x and y axis, or a rhombus with verticies on the x and y axis.
