I note that Dej Mar made mention in an earlier comment, which has been now been editted out, a concern about the "two L turns".

In developing this, and seeking my own solutions I did come across a situation where I needed that idea.  While I never needed it to meet my requirements I did anticipate that someone might query if such an action was legitimate.
